Party for Primates

We invite you to party for primates! Please take part in this special event to have fun and raise funds for our closest cousins at the same time.

How does it work?

The official date for Party for Primates is Friday 3rd September 2010 but you can pick any date you like to hold your party. The ‘party’ can be anything from a pizza party with your work colleagues, an afternoon tea party at your local community centre, or an all-night shindig with your nearest and dearest. All you need to do is ask your guests to give a small donation. Here are some of many ideas that might inspire you:

  • Pub Quiz: talk to your local pub about running a quiz.
  • Karaoke Night: get your friends over for a night of crooning.
  • Fancy Dress: special prizes for dressing as a monkey!
  • Afternoon Tea Party: strawberries and cream anyone?
  • Frock Swap: ask your friends to bring along clothes that they no longer wear—great fun and environmentally friendly.
